Once your dates are approved, please send a check for 50% the amount to book your dates to: Scott Merritt, PO Box 1357, Nevada City, CA 95959.

The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy: Cancel 60 days or more before your stay, get a full refund minus $400.

Cancel at least 21 days before your stay begins, get a 50% refund, minus $400.

Cancel less than 21 days before your stay, no refund.

NOTE: We will return your money if the place gets booked for the same period after you cancel, minus $400.
